  • $28 to $48 an hour to start, plus commission, spiffs and lead-generation bonuses on top — most people land $77,000 to $126,500 a year once that's added in.

  • A weekly one-on-one with the owner. Twenty minutes, just you and me: your goals, your ideas, your path.

  • Room to grow into lead tech and management as we grow.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 5+ years diagnosing, maintaining and repairing residential furnaces (boilers are a plus).

  • 5+ years on air conditioning and heat pump diagnostics and repair.

  • Gas 2 and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration certification, plus a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record.

  • Open to a background check.

  • Customer skills you'd be proud of, and the confidence to work solo or on a team.

  • Willing to take occasional after-hours, weekend and holiday calls.
